Born on 8th Feb 1987 in Lilongwe, the last born in our family.
In my primary school I was the only student asked to draw diagrams on
the chalkboard, I was even taken to upper classes when they needed
a diagram to be drawn, I became very proud of this and it made me to
love doing art. Everyone at school including my teachers encouraged me
not to stop doing art. My father also used to buy me coloured pencils but
not with the intention to make me become an artist, he wanted to keep
me busy so that am always at home this helped me in another way to
sharpen my skills because I was drawing also when I got home after
coming from school . I got my inspiration from the work of many Malawian
artists like Lad Kalonde, William Mwale and Nyangu Chodola artworks.
I never visited any art school I am self-taught.
